Sexual Harassment Prevention: Annual Compliance Training
About Course
Sexual harassment is not just a workplace issue — it is a legal, ethical, and human rights matter. Every staff member in a residential care setting has both the right to work in a safe environment and the responsibility to uphold that standard for others. This annual compliance training equips Direct Support Professionals, house managers, and supervisors with the knowledge to recognize, prevent, and respond to sexual harassment in accordance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Maryland Fair Employment Practices Act, and COMAR 10.22 standards.
Through this course, you will learn how to identify the different forms of harassment, understand your reporting obligations, and take the right steps when an incident occurs — protecting yourself, your colleagues, and the individuals you serve.
